In the case your shipment is lost in transit, or damaged  you are responsible for contacting the post office and filing a claim. I am not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided. If you place an order with an incorrect address, you are responsible for contacting the post office to locate your shipment. I am not responsible for missed-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. In the case that your shipment is lost or misplaced I am not responsible for packages shipped to forwarding addresses.

PLEASE NOTE:
Our sea moss gel is typically shipped in bubble wrap packaging. However, due to the weather it may arrive in its liquid form. Simply refrigerate it for a few hours and once chilled, it will return to its gel consistency and can be consumed as normal. Refrigerate once you receive! Due to expansion we do not fill jars to top. If your package arrives where jar is broken it’s your responsibility to file a claim with USPS or UPS. Remember Seamoss is a perishable item!
